Our privacy pledge to you

We know that you care how information about you is collected, used and shared, and we are committed to handling that information carefully and sensibly. We do not sell, share, or rent your information to others in any way that we have not mentioned in this Privacy Policy.

Information we collect and how we collect it

Many of the services on the CAEPA site is offered without our collecting any personally identifiable information from you. You can use our site and view some of our content anonymously.

The information we gather falls into two main categories: (1) personal information you voluntarily supply to us such as when you subscribe or renew your subscription.  (2) non-personal information we collect as you navigate through our site. which is used for general reports.

When you use the CAEPA site we may collect tracking information such as your browser type, the type of operating system you use, the domain name of your Internet service provider, and pages visited on the site. None of this information identifies you personally; we collect it for aggregate reporting on site activity.

 Information Security

We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. Our payment processing provider, Authorize.net, stores information in a locked data center. Authorize.net uses firewalls and other security technology to prevent their computers from being accessed by unauthorized persons.

For conference registrations a 50% refund wil be made up to 30 days prior to the conference date.  10 days prior to the conference no refunds will be made.

For membership registrations all sales are final.
